Cardoza also: graduated from the Agricultural Lending Institute; completed the Water 101 Program through the Water Education Foundation; and has completed coursework in both credit and commercial lending through a national bank and through the New York Institute of Finance. Cardoza holds a California Real Estate Broker License (#01375287) and a FAA Part 107 Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)(Drone) Remote Pilot Certificate (#4858869). He was also previously forklift operator certified, with experience handling both tree nuts and aluminum, and has operated box trucks and various farm and manufacturing and distribution equipment. Cardoza grew up working on a dairy and row crop farm (corn, cotton, wheat, alfalfa, oats) in Tulare County, California, and currently resides in Fresno, California. |
